Many salespeople are struggling to adapt to remote selling - using video conferencing or phone. The prepared prevail. Here's a tool that will make remote selling much more effective.
I'm getting feedback from a lot of sales leaders who manage field salespeople that many are struggling to make the transition from face to face selling to using virtual video tools or the phone.
Research shows that face to face selling is the most effective form of selling as it is a trust accelerant...
...and yet, many types of industries have been selling remotely/virtually for many years and very successfully - think Saas and other technology companies. And there are significant costs efficiencies to be had (how about using your first virtual call/meeting to discover if there is a customer need and appetite before spending on travel on a face to face visit?).
Personally, I've been selling remotely since before 2010 - selecting the most appropriate tool for the job, whether phone or video conference as needed.
Effective selling over the phone or video takes preparation. Over time it becomes unconscious or second nature, just like face to face selling does.
If your salespeople are struggling to execute sales calls effectively over phone or video, do you have a tool to help them plan and prepare?
In this video I'll walk you through a tool that other clients of mine have shared their salespeople found very helpful in preparing for their calls - in person and virtual..
Watch it below.
If your salespeople are struggling to execute good virtual sales calls and need to get better at preparing for them, give me a call or ping me an email. I'll get a copy of the tool over to you.
Alternatively, if you know a Sales Leader who you think would appreciate the tool for their sales team, then please make an introduction so I can get the tool to them.
