Some sales leaders are telling me that some of their salespeople have not gone back to their pre-Covid prospecting activity levels - telling their leaders that "it doesn't feel right" and "it's too soon."
I'm afraid to say that these salespeople are going to have no pipeline come late summer - AND they are in fact being incredibly (inadvertently) selfish, focused on their own fear of rejection vs the value that they can create for customers.
