For some Covid has meant less work and busyness.
For many sales leaders and salespeople that I've spoken with, Covid has meant working weekends as the company pivots their offerings, working later into the evening and an additional 2-3 hours in the morning...commuting being replaced by being at your desk at 6, 7 or 8AM.
Most people were working hard before Covid. If they match the description above, then they are screaming hot and at high risk of burnout.
This is real. The leaders I've spoken to who articulated this say they are burning out. Working at this pace means they are losing effectiveness and productivity as their minds and bodies become increasingly stressed.
Time to remember Habit 7 and manage before burnout gets worse.
